General

I joined the your Mailing List, but I'm not getting any updates! WHY?
Don't worry, we definitely have not missed you. If you are a hotmail / yahoo user, the updates could have gone to your junkmail. If it is not there, simply email us direct at email and we will gladly check it out for you!

Will my email be circulated to others when I join the mailing list?
No, definitely not! All email addresses are kept private and confidential.

What about my personal information that I have provided during checkout?
ALL customer information is kept private and confidential. Nothing will be leaked out!

What is PTP?
PTP stands for Pit-to-Pit. It is the measurement taken from armpit to armpit, when the apparel product is laid flat and unstretched.

Ordering

How do I purchase an item?
Very simple! Click on Cart, and the item will immediately be added into your shopping cart. Checkout to proceed to payments, or continue shopping for more items!

How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
Simply uncheck the box and click on 'Recalculate'. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.

How do I check out?
Click on 'Go to Payments', and fill in the necessary details where required.

What is a Back Order?
Backorder means that the item is at the factory, and not with us right at that very moment. Logistics will ship it over to us, and we will deliver to you only at a slight delay.

So, when will I receive my Back Order?
Daft*Diamond's rouge estimation is approximately between 1-2 weeks.

How do I use a discount voucher?
To redeem a discount voucher, enter the discount voucher during checkout and click on 'Recalculate'. Offer adjustments will be made then.

Is it safe to be buying things with your shopping cart?
Most definitely! The shopping cart is just a tool used to collect customer information and orders, all payments to be made are under other secure websites such as local banks and Paypal.

Oh no! I closed my shopping cart page by accident! Are all my orders gone?!
Don't worry! All your orders are still intact. Simply click on 'View shopping cart' found on the right-hand corner of every page, and there they are!!

Do you do reservations?
Sorry, no we don't. To be fair to all, all orders are valid only for a period of 24 hours, within which payment has to be received, else the order will be considered void.

Payment

How do I make payment?
Simply click on 'Go to payments' found at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Fill in the necessary details and follow the prompts. The shopping cart will guide you through the payment process.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following 3 forms of payments:

    1. Internet Banking from Singapore banks
      Credit payment to POSB SAVINGS 009-99271-5 during checkout or within 24hours of your order, else order is considered void.

    2. ATM Transfers from Singapore banks
      At your nearest ATM machine, credit payment to POSB SAVINGS 009-99271-5 within 24hours, else order is considered void.

    3. Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Paypal
      Customers will be redirected to Paypal to make payment with preferred credit card.
      Customers do not require a Paypal account to make payment. Please see below.

What is Internet Banking? How do I apply for it?
Internet Banking is managing your account online, including doing instant transfers. You may apply for an activation by visiting the respective website of your bank.

I intend to use Internet Banking to make payment. When do I do the transfer?
It is best to complete the payment transfer during the checkout process where we will collect:
1. Initials used during funds transfer - to identify your payment
2. Transaction reference - additional check
3. Your Account details - to issue a refund in the event an item has gone OOS

If your bank's iBanking website is down,
1. Ensure payment is made within 24 hours of submitting order
2. Reply to our order confirmation email sent with the same 3 details listed above

How do I pay via ATM Transfer?

Do I require a Paypal account to pay with my Credit / Debit card?
No, you don't! When you see the screen below after selecting 'Credit card or direct cash payment via PayPal', click on Continue as highlighted below, and provide the necessary details that is required.

I have already submitted my order, but would now like to change my payment option. Can it be done?
Sure! Go ahead with payment if you would like to switch to Internet banking or ATM Transfer, and reply to our confirmation email information us that payment has been made via a different option instead. If you would now like to pay via a credit card, let us know and we'll send you an invoice right away!.

Shipping

What are your shipping charges?

We currently have 3 shipping options:

I opted for Normal mail, it's been days, and my order is nowhere to be seen!
Singpost has been reliable, and in most cases, your package simply could not fit into your mail box and has been redirected to your nearest post office for collection. A notice has been dropped into your mailbox to inform you so, look out for that piece of paper and head down to your nearest post office!

*Do note that Daft*Diamond will not be held liable in the event of a lost mail.

Will the goods get damaged during the delivery process?
We do our very best by having all apparels wrapped with plastic, and jewelery with excessive bubblewrap before placing them into an envelope which is sealed with lots of tape.

However, in the event that it does get damaged, kindly note that Daft*Diamond will not be held responsible as we have sent it out in excellent condition.

What is Registered Mail?
Registered mails come with a tracking number that allows the package to be traced all over Singapore. This ensures that packages do not go missing, and is highly recommended as Daft*Diamond is not responsible for lost mail.

Do you ship to other countries outside of Singapore?
Yes, we do!

I changed my mind, can i get a refund / exchange?
Sorry, once items are sold, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Please avoid contact with liquids, and store in a cool dry place. All items tarnish under wear and tear, so please be gentle and careful.

Do you do customisations for jewellery?
Definitely! Drop us an email, or submit a form here and our boundless imagination will get back to you shortly.
